§ 1 Validity of the Terms and Conditions
§ 2 Conclusion
2.1 The contract between the REGIS GmbH and the customer is made on sales on the Internet according to the legal provisions and the terms and conditions of the platform used on the Internet.
2.2 The technical steps to conclude the contract are as follows:
You give your legally binding declaration of intent by pressing the button "buy bindingly" after you have been asked to verify your information by the REGIS GmbH, thus thus had the opportunity to recognize any errors in input and correct.
§ 3 Purchase Price and Additional Costs
All prices are in listed euros, plus the addition of legal sales taxes. Calculation is based on the sales price contained in the purchase order confirmation. Delivery will take place within Germany (excluding islands) to the point of the first lockable ground floor building entry, providing that transport (also on pallets) without restriction is possible.
Free delivery to the purchaser’s door is available with a net order value of over 300 euros. For orders below this value a flat rate of postage and packaging costs will be charged.
At the time of printing these delivery charges are:
Up to a net merchandise value of 50 euros: 6 euros
Up to a net merchandise value of 100 euros: 10 euros
Up to a net merchandise value of 300 euros: 15 euros
* Museum-Tyvek and all with (MAF ...) labelled foam products the delivery costs will be calculated according to expense.
Delivery costs outside of Germany will be calculated according to expense. Any additional costs and fees relating to customs and duties will be paid by the purchaser.
§ 4 Transfer of Risks
The risk of loss, deterioration and for the shipment of merchandise is assumed by the purchaser in all cases once the item of delivery leaves the business premises or warehouse of REGIS GmbH; this also applies to deliveries made free of charge to the purchaser’s door. Should the dispatch of the merchandise be delayed for any reason not attributable to REGIS GmbH, the risk shall pass over to the purchaser already at the time of notification of readiness for shipment. The same applies should REGIS GmbH invoke its right of retention of goods.
§ 5 Period of Delivery and Missed Deadlines
Delivery dates provided are not binding. The period of delivery begins the day on which all documents that are required from the purchaser are received and all details of the design, including approval of samples and corrections, have been clarified. REGIS GmbH is not liable for any delays in delivery due to force majeure, disruptions to our own operations or due to cancellations in the delivery of raw materials, auxiliary materials, operating supplies and similar items from the supplier side.
In addition, REGIS GmbH has the right to withdraw from the delivery commitment either in whole or in part should the delivery become extraordinarily difficult due to force majeure, interruption of operations, traffic blockages,
strikes or other events not attributable to REGIS GmbH. In this case the purchaser does not have the right to a replacement or compensation delivery or other claims.
§ 6 Shipment and Packaging
Shipment will take place from the Grafschaft plant at the purchaser’s risk. The cost of a possible return of packaging material shall be at the purchaser’s expense.
§ 7 Payment Conditions
Invoices are payable within 10 dates of the invoice date including a 2% trade discount or within 30 days of the invoice date with no discount. Customary bank interest shall be calculated in cases of late payments.
§ 8 Sales Tax
Our prices will indicate the sales tax shown separately.
§ 9 Credit Rating
Should any doubt arise as to the credit rating of the purchaser following REGIS GmbH’s confirmation of a purchase transaction, e.g. due to negative credit rating information, third party claims etc., REGIS GmbH has the right to either demand advance payment or a security deposit, or withdraw from its commitment of delivery.
§ 10 Complaints
Deviations which are customary in the trade or slight deviations in material or color, or found in special orders, short deliveries or excess deliveries are permitted up to a level of 10%. Notice of defects for recognizable defects are only valid if they follow immediately, at the latest within one week of receiving the merchandise. In the case of a valid claim, REGIS GmbH has the right to either correct the defect or supply another delivery of the merchandise. Should REGIS GmbH be unable to correct the defect or supply a new delivery within an appropriate time, the purchaser may invoke legal warranty claims. REGIS GmbH does not assume any liability for loss or damage during transport. In the particular case that delivery at the risk of the purchaser be agreed separately, the liability of REGIS GmbH shall be limited to the coverage of liability of the transport company contracted by REGIS GmbH. In addition, any liability of REGIS GmbH for damages to the purchaser, regardless of legal grounds, is excluded as long as the damages were not caused by the gross negligence or willful intent of REGIS GmbH or the failure to include a characteristic guaranteed at the time of purchase.
§ 11 Ban on Export
With regard to existing contracts, the further resale of the merchandise abroad is only permitted with the explicit permission of REGIS GmbH.
§ 12 Reservation of Proprietary Rights
All deliveries take place under a reservation of proprietary rights. The merchandise delivered remains the property of REGIS GmbH until full payment of the purchase price or all other claims of REGIS GmbH against the purchaser based on the current business relationship (in cases of payment by cheque, until the point of encashment).
§ 13 Data protection
If within the Internet offer the possibility for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses, etc.) exists, then the disclosure of this data by the user on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services is - as far as technically possible and reasonable - also without specification of such data or under specification of anonymized data or a pseudonym allowed.
The customer has been informed in detail about the type, scope, location and purpose of the collection, processing and use of the personal data required for the execution of orders through our privacy policy (see the section "Privacy Policy").
§ 14 Place of Fulfillment and Place of Jurisdiction
The place of fulfillment for all obligations arising from the delivery transaction is the registered business office of REGIS GmbH in 53501 Grafschaft, Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes relating to the delivery transaction is the District Court in 53474 Ahrweiler, Germany.
§ 15 Voiding of Single Clauses
Should any individual conditions of these General Terms of Business and Delivery be or become invalid, the remaining conditions shall remain valid.

All technical data and references to standards etc. are those valid at the time of printing and no rights shall arise therefrom. We reserve the right to make any changes due to changes in technical developments. Purchase contracts shall only be made according to the conditions cited in our General Terms and Conditions.
